川大研发VR“模拟解剖课” 学生可“拿”器官观察 老师演示通过VR看人体构造有虚拟现实界“奥斯卡”盛典之称的VRCORE 开发者大赛颁奖典礼于10月18日在北京举行。来自四川大学华西基础医学与法医学院的《人卫3D系统解剖学》VR版,荣获最佳应用奖以及最佳跨界奖提名。该技术可以全方位立体式展示人体结构,弥补了人体标本不足而无法给学生提供足够学习机会的遗憾。耗时5年VR“解剖课”投入教学一名穿着白大褂,戴着VR的学生正站在屏幕前,老师在一旁进行讲解。这是四川大学华西基础医学与法医学院的师生正在上“模拟解剖课”,学生可以凭借VR全方位立体地观察屏幕中人体的各个器官和结构,连血管都一目了然。学生甚至可以把器官“拿到”自己面前近距离观察,学习结束后通过一键复原让器官回到原位,学生置身在一个真实的场景中,所有的器官,就连皮肤都是真真切切的。这项技术从研发到投入教学已经花了5年时间。突破困境不再受制于人体标本不足解剖学是医学生的重要课程,但是人体标本一直制约着解剖学。比较理想的状态是每5-6名学生使用一具标本,但由于标本资源非常稀缺,加上标本属于易耗品,有的医学院校甚至几十名学生共用一具标本。长期以来,不少院校的解剖课是借助图谱和人体模型进行教学,但这种方式无法立体地展示人体结构,特别是神经系统的内部结构,很难用平面图的形式表现出来。四川大学华西基础医学与法医学院人体解剖教研室教授、《人卫3D系统解剖学》主编王凡举了一个例子,比如医生需要对一患者做颅脑手术,脑的血管有哪些?它们供应哪些部位?哪些结构是重要的?老师讲起来很难,学生学起来也很难。而VR技术可以帮助使用者在虚拟场景下,观察脑部重要结构和血管的分布情况。未来方向学生可以模拟做手术据了解,数字解剖学经历了三个阶段,从最开始的平面图谱到3D,再到现在的VR技术。人体的结构已经越来越清晰地展示出来了。据项目开发工程师介绍,目前的技术还没有解决“触觉”的问题,现在对学生而言是以观察为主。下一步的技术可以虚拟一把手术刀,学生通过VR,“亲自”把身体的某个部位切开,以增强学生的参与性。比如一名脑瘤患者,医生将患者前期的诊断结果输入电脑,模拟患者的病情,学生就可以通过虚拟技术先模拟手术现场,给学生提供实践操作的机会。同时对于基层医院的医生来说,可以通过VR接触丰富的病例。四川大学华西基础医学与法医学院副院长李华称,华西解剖教研室人体标本资源库为虚拟数据提供了丰富的资源,利用计算机技术将人体数字化是这个技术的最大亮点,这是虚拟与现实的合作,也是计算机与医学跨界整合的成功案例。李华还提到,对于伴随游戏长大的一代,VR技术正好符合学生的爱好,也可以促使学生对解剖学产生兴趣。华西都市报记者 李寰 摄影 雷远东相关的主题文章:
